Shipping Terms

We use a third party vendors to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand packed and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive a mail with tracking details. You can always track your order using your order number.

Shipping Timelines

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know what it’s like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:

All products are prepared and dispatched within 7-10 Working Days depending on the scope of customization, 1-2 days for ready to ship orders.

5-8 days for order delivery

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 5-9 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. Sometimes the delivery will take longer due to remote places or unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc, but we will follow up if such a delay takes place.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there might be a delay of a few days in the shipment process. Kindly allow for additional transit days for the delivery of your order. If there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email or telephone.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse in New Delhi, India. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout.

Unavailability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will contact the recipient two times before they decide to return your order. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and mobile number. This will help us arrange a faster delivery.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.. This communication will include your tracking number(s) for reference. Please note that the tracking number(s) provided will become active within a period of 24 hours.
