Return and Refund

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

We accept Return of orders purchased through House Of Tohfa subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :

  • Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are damaged or wrong.
  • Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the damaged or wrong products within 3 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video t0 thehouseoftohfa@gmail.com.Once the pictures/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the verification of the damaged product. Furthermore, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • In case of your approval of your request, You are entitled to Replacement of the products or Refund which shall be completed at the discretion of house of tohfa. the replacement/refund will be processed from our end within 24 to 48 hours, and it will be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days, after we have received the products back at our office( shipping cost of which is incurred by buyer/receiver).

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.

Potential Delays for personalised orders

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalized items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be duly informed of any such delays.

Non-Refundable Logistics Delay

House Of Tohfa is not liable for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

House Of Tohfa holds no responsibility for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.. This communication will include your tracking number(s) for reference. Please note that the tracking number(s) provided will become active within a period of 24 hours.
